The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 286, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and Chhotu Mian threw bomb on the shutter of his shop causing damage to the shutter.

Submission is that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and he came to know from the people of the vicinity about the occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 02.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38419 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015.
