He has been an accused merely on suspicion because his mobile number was found in the diary maintained by the girl. It is submitted that the girl is major as per her matriculation certificate and is related to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Kudra PS Case No 80 of 2014.
