The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 55 of 2017 (S.T. No. 396 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials available record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months. However, if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
