Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 342, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with kudal on the head of the informant, causing injury to him.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple Maarpit took place, in which, informant and his son sustained injury. The injury caused by this petitioner has been found to be simple in nature caused by hard & blunt substance.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 224 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
