Patna High Court MJC No.554 of 2018(3) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 well as the Society. Copy of the show cause of the State was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 25.07.2018, whereas the show cause on behalf of the Society was served by learned counsel for the petitioner on 02.05.2019, in which copy of order dated 26.04.2019 has been brought on record, which has been passed in compliance of the order dated 19.01.2015 passed in CWJC No. 16152 of 2010.

3. In the aforesaid background, the Court finds that the writ Court order has been complied with.
