2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Athamalgola P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 353, 504, 506, 307, 188, 269, 270 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 2/3 of the Epidemic Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the police party.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is in custody since 14.11.2023 and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Athamalgola P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 with a condition that:- (I). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Athamalgola Police Station, Patna on every Sunday of each month. Any default in the appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. This application stands allowed.
