Mr. Mrigendra Kumar =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-06-2016 Jai Prakash University, Chapra is mandated to provide affiliation, otherwise the recognition or permission, which has been granted by National Council of Teachers Education for the academic session 2015-2016 for intake of 50 students, will prove to be illusory. Since the university's authorities have not taken a decision, the writ application has been filed.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10225 of 2016 dt.30-06-2016 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the team constituted by the university for carrying out the inspection has already done so on 06.02.2015.
Obviously, it is a case of apathy on the part of the university's authorities not to take a final decision or call on the issue.
Writ application is disposed off with a direction that the decision with regard to affiliation must be taken within a period of three weeks from today.
Writ application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
