Perusal of record shows a number of adjournments have been granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner for apprising the Court about the present stage of Title Suit No. 32 of 2012 and Title Suit No. 708 of 2013. But till date the status of the aforesaid title suit has not been brought to the knowledge of this Court. On the last date i.e., on 24.02.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before this Court that he did not receive any response from his client. It seems the petitioner has lost interest in his case.
