We take note of the grievance raised which is also addressed to the District Magistrate, Jamui at Annexure 1 and complains of public nuisance by transportation of the sand loaded vehicles by the people who have been settled with the mining rights.

Since a representation in this regard is addressed to the District Magistrate, Jamui at Annexure 1, we direct the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6223 of 2018(2) dt.26-07-2019 2/2 District Magistrate, Jamui to consider the grievance and dispose of the same in accordance with law and it goes without saying that should any appropriate measures needs to be required let it be taken within three months of raising of such grievance. With the observation above, this writ petition is disposed of.
