JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was arrested in suspicious condition and one mobile set, said to have been used in connection with the present occurrence, was recovered from his conscious possession. The victim herself appeared before police along with her mother and her statement U/s 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded in which, she did not even whisper against the petitioner and stated that she was taken away by a woman.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
