The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case, in short, is that that while the informant was driving his auto, the accused persons seated on the auto and later took away the auto and fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.8.2018. Chargesheet/prosecution report has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner has got no concern with the stolen property. The

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018.
