The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have been arrested while he was taking bag from the Dicki of the motorcycle. Twenty-five thousand rupees was inside the bag. It is submitted that victim alleged that the money was stolen from his pocket and there is very material contradiction about the manner of theft. Considering the aforesaid fact and also the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 16.05.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
