The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and under different sections of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner along with other accused persons but only five live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in Nanpur P.S. Case No. 152/2015.
