JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled by the lady against her mother-in-law, who is said to have inflicted by pasuli blow on her, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
