The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 714 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.10.2018. He further submits that for the same occurrence two cases namely Araria P.S. Case No. 714 of 2018 and Araria P.S. Case No. 715 of 2018 was registered. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in tempering ATM and on that allegation he has been apprehended by the police. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

No.6831 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 714 of 2018.
