2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to properly investigate Pahleja P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024.

For the aforesaid relief, as prayed by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to approach the Superintendent of Police, Saran with an application for the relief sought above and if the Superintendent of Police, Saran finds substance in the application of the petitioner then he will pass
