The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is a case of recovery of liquor from the house of this petitioner It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In view of the fact that the said liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner, as such, I am not inclined to
