In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.81 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that live electric wire was kept in the sugar cane field. When the victim had gone there, he came in the trap of live electric wire and died there, but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has not found any material at the place of incident. But from the fact, it appears that the victim had died at the field of the petitioner on account of electrocution.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
