The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 819 of 2019, dated 30.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Gaya Paswan is said to have demanded Rs.

10,000/- as extortion money from the informant. Later, the petitioner and aforesaid Gaya Paswan are said to have taken out fire-arm weapons from their waist and

Though the victim is said to have been taken to the hospital but according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, and which statement is borne out from the F.I.R. as also the impugned order, nobody was injured in the occurrence.

The reason for falsely implicating the petitioner is an earlier dispute between the parties with respect to the agency of the bus stand.

For the reasons afore-stated and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 819 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
