The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code 47(A) of Excise Act.

It is alleged that on information 600 litres of spirit kept in three drums were recovered from different places. It is submitted that no spirit was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house. The petitioner is in jail since 27.7.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
