2. This is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an Order(s), Direction(s) or an appropriate writ directing the respondents investigating authorities to properly investigate Pahelja Police Station Case No. 141 of 2024 dated 26.12.2024 registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352,
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.182 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS and further for a direction submit charge sheet against the accused persons (here in respondents) after conclusion of investigation and to arrest the accused persons specially respondent nos 07 to 09 who are still evading from the proceeding and making undue pressure giving threat to life of informant/petitioner with a view to frustrate the proceeding in the interest of justice.
3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law and in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409.
4. If such an application is filed before the Magistrate concerned, the Magistrate will act in accordance with law and will not keep the petition pending.
