The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 392 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(1), (2) of the Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016 (Amended), 2018. The allegation is regarding recovery of 69.840 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 19.12.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.
