The petitioner in the present writ application is seeking following reliefs:- " I. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs or direction/directions commanding the respondent no. 4 & 5 to provide security of the property of the petitioner.
II. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that there is a civil dispute with respect to the possession of the property in question.
In such circumstance, this writ application cannot be entertained. It is disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy in appropriate jurisdiction.
