3/4 ORAL ORDER 24-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the Respondents.
Mr. Binod Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that C.W.J.C. No. 18261 of 2017 was disposed of vide order dated 20.12.2017 with a direction to the respondents District Education Officer and District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to place the case of the petitioner along with the other eligible candidates before the District Education Establishment Committee for appropriate decision in the matter of grant of such grade pay, as claimed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
In view of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18261 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017, these writ applications are also disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to represent the District Education Officer and District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya, who shall look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioners, it shall be the
4/4 responsibility of the District Education Officer and District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to examine the claim of the petitioners in view of the seniority list prepared by the respondents for the District of Gaya. The respondent authorities to take final decision and ensure monetary benefit, if any, find admissible and payable to the petitioners.
