The petitioners moved before the District Appellate Authority, West Champaran. The District Appellate Authority, West Champaran by order dated 16.05.2017 passed in Case No.35 of 2016 directed to appear before the Employment Unit with their certificates. The petitioners submitted their certificates before the Employment Unit. The Employment Unit
Patna High Court CWJC No.11820 of 2017(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 sent the certificates of the petitioners to Annamalai University from where the petitioners have obtained certificates of C.P.E.D. Course. The Controller of Examination, Annamalai University informed the Employment Unit that C.P.E.D. Course certificates relating to the petitioners were found bogus and accordingly, the Employment Unit did not allow the petitioners to work. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
