JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of assault to the informant and others causing injury to them.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and all injuries are simple in nature and some other co-accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 28.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49349 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13830 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 2018. Further, they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 3rd West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani P.S.
