Petitioner is named in the first information report but the informant has himself admitted in his written report that the petitioner was teacher in the said organization.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is himself a victim and, as a matter of fact, he deposited Rs 10,000/- with the said organization for getting the job of teacher. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Karpi P.S. Case no. 102/2015.
