JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on the last date of hearing, i.e. on 27.01.2025 and also on 22.04.2025 it has been submitted, though under mistaken belief, that the sole petitioner has died but the learned counsel, Mr. Binod Kumar who had been representing the petitioner had died and under some confusion a wrong submission has been made before this court.
2. Learned counsel further submits that on further instructions from the petitioner, the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition and permission may be accorded for withdrawal of present petition.
4. In the light of submission in the Court made today, the orders dated 27.01.2025 and also 22.04.2025 are modified to
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1782 of 2017(4) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 the extent that wherever it is intended that sole petitioner was dead would be read as learned counsel for the sole petitioner is dead.
5. In the light of further submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. (Arun Kumar Jha, J) anuradha/- U
