JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered on the basis of confessional statement of petitioner but according to the prosecution case itself, the said motorcycle was recovered from the house of co-accused Rahbar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection Araria P.S.Case No. 190 of 2015.
