The appellants seek anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram Registered Case No. 326 of 2018, arising out of Chenari P.S.Case No. 229 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 385 and 379 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3(2) (r) (s)/3(2) (za) of SC/ST Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against the appellants is that they along with others accused persons abused the informant by naming his caste and assaulted and snatched the key of Tractor and demanded Rs. 10,000/- as ransom. Submission of the learned counsel for the appellants is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and there is a case and counter case in between the parties and land dispute is

Heard learned Special P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this appeal is allowed and the impugned order is set aside, let the appellants, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Registered case No. 326 of 2018 arising out of Chenari P.S.Case No. 229 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr. P. C.
