2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed the representations before the respondent no. 5, District Programme Officer (Establishment) Education Department, Katihar which are annexed as Annexures-17 and 18 but till date no action has been taken.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and
Patna High Court CWJC No.2112 of 2022(3) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions, this writ petition is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No.5, District Programme Officer (Establishment) Education Department, Katihar by filing a fresh representation within a period of four weeks, which shall be decided by Respondent No.5 within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of the representation keeping in view the order dated 31.07.2019 and 24.09.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15476 of 2019 and C.W.J.C. No. 19737 of 2019 respectively.
4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the petition stands dispose of.
