The petitioner seeks bail in Sonbersa (Sonbersa Raj) P.S. Case No. 08/2007, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation it transpired that the petitioner has forged the signature of Circle Officer on the Land Possession Certificate issued by the Circle Officer for grant of loan to different persons. It is submitted that there is no such material to show that the petitioner forged the signature of the Circle Officer. The petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39962 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Sonbersa (Sonbersa Raj) P.S. Case No. 08/2007.
