====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 29.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15227 of 2023 by this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of reason assigned in paragraph - 5 of the petition, further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bonds before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) in the office of District Legal Services Authority, Patna and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 29.04.2023 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20613 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 Cr.Misc. No. 15227 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and this petition is allowed.
