The petitioners seek bail in Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 168 of 2013 registered under sections 304B, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Jalaluddin the informant alleged that Nasrin Perween his daughter was married with Quamre Alam but some time after marriage accused persons began to demand dowry and his daughter Nasreen Perween was killed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the deceased. The informant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts that the petitioners are

No.38077 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 brother-in-laws and no specific allegation is made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
