JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit to the effect that the petitioners have preferred Cr. W.J.C. No. 127 of 2020 with a prayer for quashing the FIR, being Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 530 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, wherein vide order dated 127 of 2020, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, interim protection has been granted to the petitioners. Hence in that view of the matter, Mr. Makardhwaj Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioners, having A.O.R. No. 03479 seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with the above mentioned case.
