2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2022 and has antecedent of three cases and he is on bail in all the aforesaid three cases.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant and the petitioner have compromised the case and a compromise petition has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate on which even the son of the informant has put his signature.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8508 of 2023(2) dt.29-04-2023 2/2 submits that the case is not compoundable.
6. Be that as it may, since the parties have entered into a compromise and the compromise petitioner has been filed in the Court of learned C.J.M. (Annexure-2 series), the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P. S. Case No.203 of 2021.
7. The application stands allowed.
