Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1199 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2022 and there is recovery of 26.9 liters of Nepali liquor and Beer from the Kirana Shop of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6913 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/3 the petitioner and petitioner has seven antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise-I, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1199/2022.

The petitioner will visit Forbesganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial of the petitioner in following cases:- (I):- Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 326 of 2017 (ii):- Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 875 of 2017 (iii):- Forbesganj P.S.
