2. The present application has been preferred for the grant of following relief:
(i) For directing and commanding the respondent to quash the order dated 13.12.2016 passed by respondent no.-3, Sub-Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, East Muzaffarpur in case no. 514110127091600527 "Suresh Rai Vs. Anchal Adhikari, Mushahari Muzaffarpur" whereby and whereunder he has given direction to the respondent no.-5, C.O. Mushahari to dispose off the encroachment case
Patna High Court CWJC No.10389 of 2017(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 no. 23/2016-17 on the basis of Rule/ regulation of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 within prescribe time. And also gave a direction to the respondent no.-6, officer-in-charge Sadar to be vigilant on the subject matter. And further gave direction to respondent no.-4, S.D.O. East Muzaffarpur to monitor the present subject matter.
(ii) Also for directing and commanding the respondent not to disturb possession the petitioner on the land in question i.e. Khata no. 137, Kesara no. 209 area 4 decimal situated at village Parmanandpur.
(iii) And also for any other relief relieves for which petitioners are found to be legally entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate forum in appeal.
4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
