The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The son of the informant was found missing from his house and his dead body was found in a field. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner in killing of his son, but there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Even during the course of investigation only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt before the police.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38007 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Kumar Rai, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015.
