JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of bereavement in the family of the petitioner herein, he could not file the appeal within a period of two weeks. In such view of the matter, the time period for filing the appeal as mentioned in the order dated 28.03.2018 is extended by further period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, the time period for disposal is also extended by a period of two weeks.
