Petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier refused by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 33220 of 2019 taking note of the fact that the petitioner concealed his criminal antecedent while filing the bail petition and when the same was noticed by the Court, he filed supplementary affidavit bringing on record his criminal antecedent.

Petitioner has again filed the bail petition after lapse of three months.

Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

I do not find any fresh ground for consideration of petitioner's prayer for bail. The same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U T
