One country made loaded Katta along with one cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 13.09.2014.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about four cases but taking into consideration the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
