The petitioner seeks bail in Digha P.S. Case No. 198/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation some of the witnesses disclosed that the petitioner was seen roaming around the place of occurrence on the date of occurrence but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have confessed his guilt before the police but except the confession the police did not collect any further material.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
