Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188/269 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 6 of the Epidemic Diseases Management Act, 2020, Section 51/52 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 30(a)/30(e)/37(b)/37(c)/56 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The petitioner is the proprietor of the hotel which is involved in the business of illicit liquor and prostitution. However learned counsel for the petitioner has tried to make out that the petitioner is an innocent person.

No.13491 of 2022(4) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the hotel which is owned by the petitioner is involved in the business of illicit liquor and prostitution, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
If the petitioner does not surrender within two weeks then the Patna Senior Superintendent of Police will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.
Let a copy of the order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
