2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376 (Da), 313, 314 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code; Section 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 67(A) and 67(B) of the IT Act.

3. The minor girl has been raped by the petitioner, who was married from before. The petitioner is in jail since 28.01.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not
