Pursuant to the order of this Court, the Department has issued second show-cause notice on 16.06.2016, thereafter on consideration of the reply of the petitioner, the Department has passed final order on 29.08.2016, as such, I do not find that the petitioner has made out any case for contempt. The contempt application stands disposed of.
