On the last occasion it was urged on behalf of learned Advocate for the State that the land in question has been acquired for the construction of National Highway under the provisions of National Highway Act, 1956 and the petitioner has the remedy before the Divisional Commissioner-cum-Arbitrator in terms of Section 3G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956.
