JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Today this application has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for modification in the order dated 11.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77364 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to defect in petition itself, the father's name of the petitioner and name of village was wrongly mentioned in the order dated 11.1.2019.

Considering the prayer made in Cr. Misc. No. 5283 of 2019, the correction as to the father's name of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 77364 of 2018 is allowed.

Consequently, in the order dated 11.1.2019 the father's name of the petitioner should be read as "Late Makhan Singh" in place of "Late Nandu Singh". In addition thereto, the name of village of the petitioner should be read as "Aloudiya Sarai" in place of "Awagaidiya Saray".
