A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 in which a categorical stand has been taken that the order dated 10.04.2017 passed in CWJC No. 2626 of 2017, has been complied with and final orders have been passed in the departmental proceeding against the petitioner. Copy of the said order dated 22.08.2017 has also been brought on record.

3. In view of the final order having been passed in the departmental proceeding, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the present matter.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
