The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent no.8 to the post of Anganwari Sevika, Chhotaka Manjha Anganwari Centre No. 2011, Ward No.1, Gram Panchayat Raj Chhotaka Manjha, in the district of Siwan. According to the petitioner, she is a better candidate. The records shows that although it is the petitioner who should be aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent but instead it is her husband who has been filing representations before different authorities.

The petitioner having failed to take recourse to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4990 of 2016 (2) dt.05-03-2018 departmental remedy available under the guidelines regulating the appointment of Anganwari Sevika, the writ petition is held not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
